Personal In-Home Care

Our personalised in-home supports are tailored to meet your unique needs. We understand the importance of individualised support, we work closely alongside you to ensure you receive the personalised care and attention you deserve.​

We are experienced in a wide range of personal in-home care and can provide ongoing support for daily tasks, including:

​​​

  • Mobility and transfer support

  • Mealtime planning and preparation

  • Assistance in maintaining the home environment.

  • Comprehensive health support including medication management

  • Assistance with self-care including showering, wound and continence support.

  • Daily tasks including paying bills and scheduling appointments.

  • Completing household and domestic activities

Eligibility
 

You may be able to access this service with us if your current NDIS plan includes funding for the following supports categories:

  • Core – Assistance with Daily Life.

  • Core – Assistance with Household Tasks

Fees​
​

Our hourly rates of support reflect those outlined within the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2024/25.​​

​

The fees you pay depend on the services and support you select and reflect those funded by the NDIS. We will develop an individual service agreement, tailored to meet your unique needs.​
